The GEN II-R is a residential Auto Changeover zoning system that controls a single HVAC unit and supports 2-10 zones. The control panel is Universal, supporting Gas/Electric or Heat Pump applications with two cooling and heat stages.

The GEN II-R system does not require a computer to set up or operate.

Two-wire, two-position zone dampers are controlled by a field supplied programmable thermostat.
